Your Pandle Pro trial period will end 14 days after you create your account. You won’t need to enter payment details to start the trial, and you won’t be billed unless you decide to move your account to Pandle Pro.
You will be given the option to either upgrade to Pandle Pro or continue using the free version.
Yes, whenever you like. Use the settings menu to click on your subscription type and follow the instructions to upgrade to Pandle Pro.
Yes, you can cancel your Pandle Pro account at any time. We won’t take it personally. There’s no contract, and you won’t be billed again unless you restart Pandle Pro. Your account will return to the free plan, and all of your bookkeeping data will still be available.
All your data is encrypted using a secure HTTP connection (128-bit SSL). That’s the same technology used by banks to encrypt data on their websites.
Pandle Pro is available on a rolling monthly basis, without contracts to tie you down. As such, we don’t offer an annual subscription to our users.
